Cancellation Policy
STILL – TERMS Pay in full to secure your place. Sessions go ahead in most weather. Dress for it. We only cancel if there’s an official weather warning or the facilitator is unwell. If we cancel, you get a full refund. You’re responsible for deciding if the session is right for you and for following guidance on the day. You take part at your own risk. Full terms available on request. STILL – REFUND POLICY All payments are final. No refunds. No transfers. We only refund if we cancel due to an official weather warning or facilitator illness.
